Amarnath Yatra By Bb Goyal of BBgoyal Lord Shiva is at foremost place in Hindu religion. Amarnath Yatra (Amarnath is a place name, which is quite hilly, and yatra is Hindi language word for travel) is considered to be sacred in Hinduism. Disciples of Lord Shiva arrange Langers (community kitchen) at Baaltaal and other places near to gufa (holy cave). Shiv Sewa Sangh (Registered) Barnala unit also arranges langer for disciples. No charges are taken for the meals and snacks distributed to one and all there irrespective of caste, creed or any other discrimination. However, people can donate, if they wish to.
